Knife Making Blade Blank The “Cochise” Fixed Blade Skinning Knife

Harbour Knives

Though actually pronounced K-you Ch-Ish, this Apache leader is second only to Geronimo when it comes to that tribe’s historical significance. Often described as having the classical Indian frame; muscular, large for the time, and known to wear his long, black hair in a traditional pony tail, Cochise aided in the uprising to resist intrusions by Mexicans and American in the 19th century.

Blade comes sharpened. A final edge may be applied for an even sharper razor edge.

Pin Holes: 5/32 is a snug fit

Stellar knife blade. Came nicely polished and had a nice “factory” edge on it. Immediately crafted some scales out of Birdseye Maple and turned out pretty nice. My first knife project. I would give a perfect review except for one detail: the blade came in just a simple bubble mailer, and I would have liked something a little more robust for packing, in case of mail damage. Perhaps a cardboard sleeve in addition to the bubble mailer. But item was undamaged and arrived quickly! I’ll definitely buy more from this seller. (Follow up: was informed if I wanted a cardboard sleeve for shipping it could be provided :). Great business, just favorited)
